Sample Print Jobs

We have provided several sample Protractor Software print jobs for you to download and view. They are in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

Be aware that Protractor Work Order Documents may easily be customized using our Work Order Designer.

Customer Authorization - This is a sample Customer Authorization form showing our 'story book' style work order documents. This form may optionally be printed automatically when the New Work Wizard completes.

Technician Inspections - This is a sample Technician Inspections form. It is used, of course, as a printed document for use by the Technician responsible for inspecting the vehicle. Notice it has blank areas for the technician to record his findings. Protractor users have lots of control over how these forms are formatted.

Estimate - This is a sample of an Estimate. After the technician inspects the vehicle, the Service Advisor estimates all work needed. Work not accepted by the customer may be saved until the next visit.

Technician Instructions - When the customer has agreed to have the estimated work completed, this Technician Instructions form may be used by the Technician to record his time and parts used.

Invoice - This is the beautiful story-book style Customer Invoice.
