In addition to the numerous follow up lists available from within Protractor, any Protractor user can subscribe to our FREE e-mail follow up service. Default time intervals can be set by the Protractor user to customize the follow up intervals you want for your business.

  • Thanks For The Business
    Thank You note sent next business day following service.
  • Deferred Work
    Remind on any deferred work items typically 7 – 10 days following service.
  • Next Appointment Reminder
    Remind on the next scheduled visit. A soft reminder can be set to go out 30 days prior to the scheduled visit and a 2nd reminder set to go out 7 days prior to the scheduled visit.
  • Oops! We Missed You
    No Show Reminder for any customer who missed their scheduled visit – sent the next day after the missed appointment.
  • Inactive Reminder
    Prompt any customer who has not been in for service during the regular service interval. Typically sent 180-200 days after the last service.
