Names on Contact Cards

The Software allows you to have multiple names on a single contact card. The contact card will be filed using the File As field. The file as field is automatically populated using the initial name entered when creating the contact card. Of course, it can be modified if required.

When typing a Home Contact type the name first name first and last name last. A Business Contact would be typed as the company name appears.

The Add tool allows you to add an additional name to a contact card.

The Remove tool allows you to remove the name currently selected.

Allows you to move the name up one position at a time.

Allows you to move the name down one position at a time.

The Smart Label allows you to choose a label for the name. You can also type over the label text to create your own.

Signifies the preferred contact name to be used. This is also the name used when information is exported to lists.

The Address on Contact Cards

The address on the contact card follows the address format of your country settings. The Software has a built in parser program that automatically recognizes address structures.

Tip: When entering in address information you can click on the + icon next to the address and enter in each address field individually. You can also expand the address by hitting the + key on your number pad. In both cases, the - key collapses the menu.

Phone Numbers & Email on Contact Cards

The Software allows you to have multiple phone numbers and email addresses on a contact card. Each phone number field has an area code and 7-digit phone number. It also allows for extensions.

The Add tool allows you to add an additional phone number or email to a contact card.

The Remove tool allows you to remove the phone number or email currently selected.

Allows you to move the phone number or email address up one position at a time.

Allows you to move the phone number or email address down one position at a time.

The Smart Label allows you to choose a label for the phone number or email. You can also type over the label text to create your own.

Signifies the preferred method of contact to be used. This can be either beside the address for post, beside a phone number to call, or an email address for email.

Tip: The first 3 phone numbers and the first email address will be visible with the contact information on the work order document.
