Plate - The plate number of
the vehicle without spaces. If you type in the plate and then click the
icon, a query will be sent to CARFAX
and the VIN will be returned and decoded.
Color - The color of the vehicle. You can choose from the smart label.
Odometer - The last odometer reading of the vehicle.
Unit ID - Primarily used in vehicle fleets. This would be the number assigned to the vehicle by its company.
Production Date - The date the vehicle was produced by the manufacturer. Choose the date from the calendar.

Year - The year of the vehicle in 4 digits.
Use Catalog - Whether to use the catalog for this vehicle. If the vehicle (such as a trailer) is not listed in the catalog you can un-check this box and manually enter the detail.
Make - The make of the vehicle. Only the valid makes for the chosen year are displayed.
Model - The model of the vehicle. Only the valid models in the make's year are displayed.
Series - The series of the vehicle. If no series is present you can manually enter the data.
Engine - The vehicle's engine. Only the valid engine sizes for the make, model and year are displayed.
VIN - The vehicle identification
number. If you type in the VIN and then click the
icon, the VIN will be decoded and the vehicle information filled in for
you.
Choose
a Maintenance Plan from the drop down list.
Send Reminder - Check this box if you would like the owner of this vehicle to be reminded when services are due.
A Service Reminder Was Last Sent On - Displays the date the last reminder was sent on. This date is used to calculate the recently reminded variable.
