Sending Email Attachments

What's an Attachment?

An email attachment is any computer file you would like to send to someone.

TIP: With Windows XP, the software software, and a digital camera, it's very easy to instantly email pictures of used cars, parts, repairs etc. to anybody!

Finding the File you want to Attach

To navigate to the computer file you want to attach to email requires a bit of knowledge of your hard disk's file and folder system. An explanation of this is beyond the scope of the software's documentation, but the concepts are dead simple. Ask an acquaintance, your kids, or your software sales representative for an explanation.

Removing a File Attachment

It's easy to remove a file attached to an email by mistake - simply right-click the file name in the list of attachments and choose 'Remove'.

NOTE: The software limits the total size of all files attached to email to 5 MB. In some cases, the file size may be further limited by your email service.
