A Common Complaint is a description of trouble symptoms frequently mentioned by customers when describing a problem with their vehicle.
Setting up lists of Common Complaint records in advance allows Service Advisors to simply select common complaints from menus when initially making service appointments. This does more than simply save time and typing; it ensures accuracy and consistency when recording vehicle faults.
Because most customer complaints must be investigated by inspecting the vehicle, you may associate a Pinpoint Inspection with each Common Complaint.
