To author a New Common Complaint Template:Both Common Complaint Templates and Location Common Complaints are authored and maintained using the same Update Common Complaint dialog.
The Common Complaint dialog tools:
Be certain to use the Spell Check tool to check the Title and notes of your Common Complaint.
Choose Cancel to close the dialog without applying your changes.
Choose Save to apply your changes to the Common Complaint and close the dialog.
