Your Company Structure is maintained using the Enterprise Manager.
To open the Enterprise Manager:
Below are the icons used consistently throughout the software to indicate elements of your Company Structure.

tree-view portion of an Enterprise Manager is shown here:
Notice the Enterprise Head Office node (North Star Auto Service Inc.) is highlighted. Lower in the hierarchy, there are two Divisions, Canadian HQ, and US HQ. Under each Division are some business Locations. You use this tree-view to maintain your Company Structure.
CAUTION: Business Locations may be owned by either a Division OR
an Enterprise. Notice in the picture above that Mexico is a business Location
owned by the Enterprise Head Office NOT another Division.
To update your Enterprise Head Office record:

NOTE: To update a Location record, you must switch to the Location
Manager.
IMPORTANT: If you plan on implementing
Enterprise Accounts Receivable and Payable you must create and designate
a Location as the head office on it's contact card. This location will
not have point of sale capabilities but will able to consolidate receivables
and payables.
