The Pinpoint Inspection Introduction is simply it's title. This is an important item, and should be considered carefully. The title is used to select the Pinpoint Inspection from menus during invoice generation.
The title will be displayed on all printed inspection documents.
You will use the Update Pinpoint Inspection Intro Line dialog to update titles on new and existing Inspections.
Choose Cancel to close the dialog without applying your changes.
Choose Apply to temporarily see how the changes you have made affect the look of the Pinpoint Inspection without saving the change or closing the dialog.
Choose Save to apply your changes to the title and close the dialog.
Pinpoint Inspections are simply lists of inspection lines organized into sections by headings. You use the Pinpoint Inspection Headers and Lines dialog to add and update both inspection lines and headers.
Choose Add from the menu to add a new header or line at the bottom of the list.
Choose Insert from the menu to insert a new header or line below the highlighted line in the list.
Edit the description of the header or line, then use the Make this Line a Heading checkbox to mark the line as a heading if necessary.
Choose Update while selecting an existing line to modify it.
Choose Remove while selecting an existing line to remove it.
TIP: You may change the order of lines in the list by simply dragging and dropping the line. Here's how:
Highlight (click on) the line you want to move,
Click and hold the highlighted line,
Move the pink drop indicator to the new location for the line,
Release the mouse after the move to the line's new position.
The labor tab allows you to set pricing for the pinpoint inspection. Select the labor tab and then double click on the labor line item to update it.
