Work Orders with Unsourced Parts

Unsourced parts are parts for a specific vehicle which need to be ordered because your location does not stock them in inventory.

To order unsourced parts for a work order:

1. On the Purchases window, expand the tree to display the Work Orders with Unsourced Parts node. It lists every open work order at your shop for which parts are required.

2. Double-click the work order you want to work with and the reorder list dialog appears.

3. The operation of the reorder list dialog is identical to the work order's online order tab. For instructions, refer to Chapter 19 - Online Ordering.
