Material Price Catalog Report

Description - Allows you to only include material items that contain your specified text in the description.

Whole Word Only - Specify to match whole words only for the description given above.

Part Number - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the part number field.

Manufacturer - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the manufacturer field.

Size - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the size field.

Code - Allows you to include material items that you have coded to your custom coding scheme.

Type - Allows you to choose wether to include consignment, stocking materials, or all items.

Min Qty - Allows you to only include material items that have the specified minimum quantity on hand.

Grid - Allows you to only include material items that have your specified text in the grid field.

Location - Allows you to only include material items from a division, location, or the master list.

Manual Refresh

Each time you update an item on the price catalog report it is automatically refreshed with the new data. To control when the report is refreshed, click on manual refresh and the report will not be refreshed on the screen until you click create.

Interactive Features

There are many interactive features and tools on the price catalog report. In most cases, it is recommended to use these features to manipulate inventory rather than the Enterprise/Franchise/Setup/Location Managers.

Create the report.
Right-click on the material item.
Click on Update Material Item.

Click Recount.

Tip: This tool can be very useful when updating materials from a stock count.

Create the report
Right-click on data in the column.
Click on Hide Column or Show All Columns as required.

Create the report using the Master List option using the Location parameter.
Select one or more items.
Right-click on a selected item.
Click on Stock These Items.

Price Catalog Stocking Items Tour

Create the report to your parameters.
Select one or more items.
Right-click on a selected item.
Click on Batch Update Material.
Check Update Sell Prices if you wish to update pricing then set your new pricing criteria. To review material pricing refer to the Updating Material Items.
Check Update Sell Price Maintenance if you wish to update how your prices are set and recalculated. To review material pricing refer to the Updating Material Items.
Check Update Grid if you wish to update the Grid information and then fill in the grid information in the space provided.
Check Update Code if you wish to update the Code field and then fill in the code information in the space provided.
Check Update Supplier if you wish to link the selected items to a specific supplier for reorder lists by supplier. Select the supplier from the drop down list.

Batch Update Material Tour

Create the report to list the parts to be changed to non-stocking status.
Select the items.
Right click on the items and then click Delete.

Create the report to list the parts to be deleted with master list selected in the location parameter.
Select the items.
Right click on the items and then click Delete.

Note: A master material item can not be deleted if it has quantity at any locations.

When the item is in the online catalog, the description will be underlined. Click on the description to open the online catalog information.

Note: To setup the online catalog, you need to turn it on in the location defaults. Once the catalog is enabled, each master material item needs to be enabled for it to display in the catalog.
