Materials Cost Report TourThe materials cost report provides inventory values by profit center and service category. It also provides cost reporting for individual materials within each service category.
Description - Allows you to only include material items that contain your specified text in the description.
Whole Word Only - Specify to match whole words only for the description given above.
Part Number - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the part number field.
Manufacturer - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the manufacturer field.
Size - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the size field.
Code - Allows you to include material items that you have coded to your custom coding scheme.
Type - Allows you to choose wether to include consignment, stocking materials, or all items.
Grid - Allows you to only include material items that have your specified text in the grid field.
Service Cat - Allows you to specify a specific service category to include.
Location - Allows you to only include material items from a specified location.
Part Number - Provides the profit center, service category and sales department headings. As well as the individual part numbers.
Description - Provides the description of each part.
Qty - The total quantity on hand for the profit center, service category, sales department and part number.
Size - The size information for each part number.
Manufacturer - The manufacturer detail for each part number.
Grid - The grid information for each part number.
Cost - The total inventory value for each profit center, service category, sales department and part number.
Cost Per - Provides the cost per unit for each part number. It is calculated using total cost divided by quantity.
