The dead stock report allows you to identify slow moving inventory. You may specify your movement criteria for any date range and you have the option to specify a specific service category or sales department if required.
Description - Allows you to only include material items that contain your specified text in the description.
Whole Word Only - Specify to match whole words only for the description given above.
Part Number - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the part number field.
Manufacturer - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the manufacturer field.
Size - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the size field.
Code - Allows you to include material items that you have coded to your custom coding scheme.
Type - Allows you to choose wether to include consignment, stocking materials, or all items.
Max Sold - Allows you specify the maximum quantity sold to be considered dead stock.
Begin - Allows you to specify the starting date.
End - Allows you to specify the end date.
Type - Allows you to choose wether to include consignment, stocking materials, or all items.
Service Cat - Allows you specify a particular service category or sales department.
Location - Allows you to specify a particular location to run the report for.
Name - Provides the name of each profit center and the service categories or sales departments within each profit center. When expanded, it also provides the part number and description for each part.
Size - Provides the size information for each part number.
Manufacturer - Provides the manufacturer information for each part number.
Qty - The quantity on hand for parts deemed to be dead stock according to the parameters set.
Avl - The quantity available for sale for parts deemed to be dead stock according to the parameters set.
Qty Sold - The quantity that has sold during the time frame set in the report parameters.
