The hours clocked carries over from previous days. Say yesterday the work order is in progress and one tech clocked into it for 4 hours. Then today it’s invoiced for 3 hours. If you look at the report for yesterday only, you will see clocked hours is in 4 and billed hours is 4. If you look at the report for today only, you will see clock in is 0 and billed hours is -1. It is -1 because you gave 4 hours billed yesterday but only got 3 hours today from customer.
