Supply Price Catalog Report

The Price Catalog Report provides many uses and is highly interactive. It can be used to search and manage individual or a group of supply items. It can be used to access the master supply list and create stocking items at individual locations. It can also be used to search for supply items across locations.

Report Parameters

Description - Allows you to only include material items that contain your specified text in the description.

Whole Word Only - Specify to match whole words only for the description given above.

Part Number - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the part number field.

Manufacturer - Allows you to only include material items containing your specified text in the manufacturer field.

Size - Allows you to only include supply items containing your specified text in the size field.

Min Qty - Allows you to only include supply items that have the specified minimum quantity on hand.

Grid - Allows you to only include supply items that have your specified text in the grid field.

Service Cat - Allows you to specify a specific service category to include.

Location - Allows you to only include supply items from a division, location, or the master list.

Price Catalog Report Tour  - This tour is based on the materials price catalog report but the functionality is essentially the same.

Manual Refresh

Each time you update an item on the price catalog report it is automatically refreshed with the new data. To control when the report is refreshed, click on manual refresh and the report will not be refreshed on the screen until you click create.

Interactive Features

There are many interactive features and tools on the price catalog report. In most cases, it is recommended to use these features to manipulate inventory rather than the Enterprise/Franchise/Setup/Location Managers.

To update a supply item.

To recount an item.

To Show/Hide a column.

To stock items from the master list at the location.

To change an item to non-stocking.

To delete an item form the master list.
