You use the Employee Payroll Details dialog to specify the hourly pay rate set for each employee at your location. This rate is applied to the hours worked by each employee, for purposes of costing labor during Work Order preparation and calculating gross pay during payroll entry.
To access the Employee Payroll Details dialog:
Choose Tools | Location | Employee Payroll Details.

Important: The rate entered here for a technician will be the calculated cost of labor on the vital signs management report but not the actual cost of labor. This is determined during payroll entry. The Employee Payroll Details may be overridden when entering payroll.
