A time clock custom event is something that an employee is clocked on that is not a work order or a labor item on a work order. Examples of this would be time spent cleaning up or waiting for parts.
To Access Time Clock Custom Events:
Save - When clicked any changes you made in the dialog will be saved and the dialog will close.
Add - When clicked, a new event is created.
Update - Select an event then click this button to update it.
Delete - Select and event then click this button to delete it.
Cancel - When clicked the dialog will close and prompt you if you wish to save any changes you have made.
Code - The code field is a value you can set to identify the event through reporting.
Name - The full text name of the event.
E - The E field stands for exclusive. If the box is checked then the event is exclusive and if it is left unchecked then it is non-exclusive.
Exclusive - An event is exclusive when an employee can't clock into other events while clocked into it.
Work Orders and Labor Line Items are exclusive by default and can't be changed.
Non-Exclusive - An event is non-exclusive when an employee can clock into other events while clocked into it. Attendance is non-exclusive by default and can't be changed.
By default, the system has an attendance event that can be used for all employees to clock into to log the amount of time they are in attendance and available.
