You can author and save standard text or comments to be displayed by default on the software's Work Order documents:
Customer Authorizations
Technician Inspections
Technician Instructions
Customer Invoices
Customer Estimates
Shop Supplies
Credit Slips
Receivable Statements
TIP: Shop Supply comments are designed to allow you to specify your own label for shop supplies on the work order. It may simply be Shop Supplies or a more inclusive description of what shop supplies can include as required in some Provinces and States by law.
Remember, the text you create here is defaulted on Work Order documents, but may be easily changed at Work Order generation time. So the defaults you set here are simply designed to save time.

Follow these steps to author standard comments for each of your Work Order documents:
Choose the type of document for which you are creating standard wording: Authorization, Tech Inspections, Tech Instructions, Estimate , Invoice, or Shop Supplies.
Sample wording is displayed. You can modify the sample to meet your requirements by typing over the existing text.
Click Save / Exit to save the wording and close the Standard Work Order Comments window.
TECHNICAL INFO: Many times it is desirable to display Standard Work Order comments in a smaller font size than the software uses by default. For example, oftentimes companies need to print quite a lot of text on Customer Authorizations (as in the picture above). To force the software to print Work Order comments in a font size other than it's default, begin your comment text with <FontSize=7> (replace 7 with your required font size). This is illustrated in the picture above. The software will interpret text inside the angle brackets as a command to change font sizes, and exclude the command when printing the comment.
The Spell Checker tool is especially important on this dialog. Be certain to spell check every standard comment.
