The Work Order Format Defaults dialog enables you to set default formatting for various kinds of information that appear on your Work Order documents.
Remember, the settings you save here are defaults only - you may easily format each Work Order document as required while creating Work Order documents. So the defaults you set here are simply designed to save time.
To Access the Standard Work Order Formatting dialog:
Select Tools | Location | Work Order Formatting
The Work Order Format default parameters are organized into five tabs on the dialog as in the pictures below.
The Work Order Format Defaults dialog (Labor tab).
The Work Order Format Defaults dialog (Parts tab).
The Work Order Format Defaults dialog ( T ech Inspections tab).
The Work Order Format Defaults dialog (Tech I nstructions tab).
The Work Order Format Defaults dialog (General tab).
Use the Cancel tool to close the Work Order Format Defaults dialog without saving your changes
Click Save / Exit to save all parameters on all tabs and close the Work Order Format Defaults dialog.
