Because the software uses Windows printers, you set up and maintain your list of printers using Windows, not the software.
If you have never added a printer, you must first set up a new printer.
To set up a new Windows Printer:
If you have multiple printers available to your workstation, you may set a default printer. The software will send printouts to that printer by default but you have the option to choose a different printer and specify the number of copies to be printed. The default printer is indicated with the checkmark in the printers list.
To set a default Windows Printer:
Tip: If you install a fax modem in your system you can print directly to fax and send the fax from your computer. This saves you from printing it and then putting it in the fax machine.
