Note: Not all menu options are available in all Editions.
The Software's View menu contains menu access to the same functions as are found on the shortcuts bar.
Notice that the Function keys (the keys labeled F1 - F12 on the top row of the keyboard) are set up to quickly access popular functions with one button push.
At any time, anywhere in the application, pressing the appropriate F key immediately accesses the function.
Where an F key has been set, it is shown on the menu next to the function it is set for. For example, as shown on the View menu, you can press F6 at any time to open the Contacts Manager window.
TIP: To maximize desktop space, the Shortcuts bar or Status bar may be toggled off or on using the checkmarks at the bottom of the View menu.
