Tip: The schedule icon will appear at the top right of each pane of the new work wizard if quick schedule notes are present. Clicking the icon will provide the notes collected when the quick schedule was entered.The sixth panel of the New Work Wizard provides the opportunity to review the customer's requests and initial charges. The new work is now a fully editable work order so you may add any additional problems or services before you print and/or schedule the work on the upcoming panel.
The work review screen displays all reported problems, inspections requested, services requested, and pricing in work order format.
As this is a fully functional work order screen, all standard work order options are available to you. These functions are detailed in Work Order Management.
Service Package: click to add additional problems, inspections, or services.
Deferred Work: click to switch between work order and deferred work views.
After you have reviewed the work, click Next.

Contact - This icon will appear when there is a note present on the contact card. To quickly access the notes click on the icon.
