After creating and saving a new job using the New Work Wizard, the actual performance of the work can be tracked using the software's Work in Progress Manager functions.
Work in Progress involves updating the information on the work order document, and recording changes in the status of the work as it is processed. It can include the following steps:
Finding a work order
Sorting the work orders displayed
Updating the vehicle's status as the work progresses
Modifying the work order information
Printing and/or Emailing the work order documents
Posting the work order when the work is complete and the customer has paid
