You can easily change the order in which work orders are sorted in the Work In Progress Manager. Each main section of work in progress can be formatted independently and you can choose what information to display in each section.
Click the options button on the Work in Progress Manager's toolbar and the options dialog will open.
Area - Choose the section of work in progress to modify.
Sort By - Allows you to sort work orders by Name, Time, or Work Order Number.
Group By - Allows you to group work orders by technician or service advisor. This option is only available for the In Progress area.
Display - Allows you to choose what information to display.
Note: These settings are per workstation.
