Transferring Funds

The transfer funds tool allows you to simply transfer funds from one bank account to another.

1. Click on the Task menu.

2. Click on Monthly.

3. Click on Bank Accounts.

4. Click on the Transfer Funds button.

5. Set the Transaction Date of the transfer by clicking on it.

6. Select the From account from the drop down.

7. Select the To account from the drop down.

8. Enter the Amount of the transfer.

9. Click on the Transfer button.

Withdrawing Cash

The withdraw cash tool allows you to withdraw cash from a bank account to the cash drawer.

1. Click on the Task menu.

2. Click on Monthly.

3. Click on Bank Accounts.

4. Click on the Withdraw Cash button.

5. Set the Transaction Date of the transfer by clicking on it.

6. Select the From account from the drop down.

7. Enter the Amount of the withdraw.

8. Click on the Withdraw button.

Tip: An account with an * signifies an enterprise bank account.
