The fifth panel of the New Work Wizard displays the services due for the vehicle based on its maintenance plan and OEM service intervals (requires Activant ePartExpert Catalog).
On the left-hand pane, the panel displays the services and inspections that are on the vehicle's maintenance plan and the OEM service recommendations based on the current odometer.
Indicates items that are due or have no history of being performed.
Indicates items that are coming due at a later date and/or mileage.
Service Interval Plus - Shows OEM service recommendations based on the vehicle's mileage.
Tip: You may change the Date field at the top right of the dialog to dynamically view the service due for a future date. This is very helpful when scheduling future appointments. This will also change the appointment date of the work order.
There are several actions you can take with due work:
To View the Details of Due Items.
The save as remedied tool allows you to remedy work in the case where the work has been performed at another service center. This is especially important to items that are on the vehicle's maintenance plan so that you may keep the service intervals up to date even if you did not perform the service. It also provides the ability to set the starting point for each service on the maintenance plan.
To Add Due Items to the Work Order.
After you have discussed due work, click Next.
Tip: The schedule icon will appear at the top right of each pane of the new work wizard if quick schedule notes are present. Clicking the icon will provide the notes collected when the quick schedule was entered.
Contact - This icon will appear when there is a note present on the contact card. To quickly access the notes click on the icon.
Vehicle - This icon will appear when there is a note present on the vehicle card. To quickly access the notes click on the icon.
