Tip: By clicking any of the headers mentioned above, you can sort the list based on that header. It will be displayed in ascending order. By clicking it a second time it will sort in descending order.The invoices tab lists all historical invoices and credits for the vehicle.
Invoice - provides the invoice or credit slip number. All invoice numbers begin with INV and all credit slips begin with CS.
Date - provides the date that the invoice or credit slip was posted.
Invoice Amount - provides the amount of the invoice or credit slip including taxes and other charges.
Notes - provides the sales categories that were affected during posting.

Any invoice or credit slip can be viewed by double clicking on it. No changes to the original invoice can be made. The following tools are available once the invoice is open:
You may print, email or save as PDF from the File Menu.
The Print Layout tab's vehicle information displays the odometer at posting time.
From the Work Order tab, you may view details by double clicking on the item. For example, you may easily determine which supplier you purchased a part from for warranty purposes.
The Posting Parameters tool will display how the invoice was paid.
The Deferred Work tab will display any work the contact declined at that time.
The Inspections tab will display the results of any inspections performed.
The Analysis tab will display the profitability of the invoice.
