To set the start and end datesThe history tab is a grid that displays service categories versus service appointments over time. Each service category focuses on the maintenance plan assigned to the vehicle. Each service appointment is dated and contains the odometer reading, the work order number, the invoice number and what services were performed. It is an excellent way to see service history trends at a glance. Each profit center and service category can be expanded by clicking on the + sign. To collapse it, click on the - sign.
For every service category, the service packages and inspections in the vehicle's maintenance plan will be shown first. Service packages in green and inspections in blue. All the other services will be shown below that in magenta. The last column which is the summary Outstanding column will have mouse tool tips showing the outstanding service names. Pause your mouse over the outstanding icon on that column and it will show the list of services are outstanding.
To set the start and end dates
Indicates that the service or inspection was performed.
Indicates that the service or inspection was deferred.
Is the now line, meaning today. The first column to the right of the now line displays what will be due and/or outstanding on the next scheduled visit. The date and mileage of the next scheduled visit is displayed at the top of the column.
