There are two ways to contact Support from within the software:
For general queries, select Help | Protractor Support... from the Main Menu.
The 'To' email address will default to Support's email address.
You may enter a 'CC' email address if required.
Please enter an appropriate subject - enough to explain your query or problem at a glance to our Support person.
You may attach any supporting computer files using the 'Attach File' tool. (See Sending Email Attachments). It is often helpful to attach a screen shot to illustrate a query or problem (if you know how).
Use the 'Msg Prefix' text entry area to type a detailed description of your query or problem. If you are describing a problem, please include a numbered step-by-step explanation of how to reproduce the problem.
When the email looks exactly as you want it, use the 'Send' tool to send it to Support.
TIP: You may enter more than one email address in the To or CC fields - simply separate multiple email addresses using a semi-colon or comma. For more information on the software's built in email system, see Email.
If you encounter a software error, select the Protractor Support tool on the error dialog. This method will send details of the error to software development, which will expedite a fix.
