The service package sales by technician report allows you to identify when specific services were performed for each technician for a specified time frame. Parts and Labor information are broken down and the invoice number and date are also provided.
Date Range - Check this box if you want to run the report for a specific date range.
Begin - The starting date to include detail from.
End - The ending date to include detail to.
Shift - Check this box if you would like to run the report for a s specific shift.
Shift Date - Allows you to choose the shift date if running the report by shift.
Filter - Use a text search to choose the specific service to report on. To filter on location service packages, type in the title and create the report. To run the report based on the enterprise/franchise/setup service packages choose from the drop down list search.
Category - Allows you to choose All matching items or just Complaints, Inspections, or Services.
Technician - The name of the technician.
Service Package - The service package being filtered.
Inv # - The invoice number the service was sold on.
Date - The date the invoice was posted.
Total - The total sales dollars.
Parts Cost - The cost of the materials on the package.
Parts $ - The material sales dollars on the package.
Labor Cost - The labor cost on the package.
Labor $ - The labor sales dollars on the package.
Hour - The labor hours on the package.
Tracking Warranty: The service packages by technician report is a powerful tool to track warranty. If you create a service package under each service category for warranty (i.e. Brake Warranty) and run this report for all packages containing the word warranty, you will get a break down of both parts and labor cost for warranty by technician. Combine this with the material sales report for even more detail.
