The time clock summary report is an audit trail of all individual entries made using the time clock. You can report on any date range and make corrections to existing entries.
Open the Reports Manager,
Click the select report button on the menu bar,
Select Period End and then click on the time clock summary report.
Begin - Click here to set the start date for the report.
End - Click here to set the end date for the report.
Type - Select the type of items to include in the report.
All - when selected all item types will be included.
Labor - when selected only labor line items (jobs) will be included.
Work Order - when selected only entries where the work order was clocked on to, not individual labor lines, will be included.
Custom Event - Select when you only wish to include a custom event.
Event - When you select custom event, this drop down appears so you can select the event to include
Filter - Click this box and search for an employee if you wish to filter the report for a specific employee.
Clock In - Details the clock in date and time of the entry.
Clock Out - Details the clock out date and time of the entry.
Dur. - Provides the duration of the entry in hours and minutes.
Hours - Provides the number of hours to the hundredth of an hour measurement used in automotive.
Employee - The employee to whom the entry belongs.
Type - The type of entry.
E - Event
L - Labor
W - Work Order
Code - Details either the custom event code or the work order number.
Description - The description of the custom event, the title of the job, or the vehicle and customer for a work order.
Note - Any notes that were made during the clocking operation will be detailed here.
To edit any entry in the time clock summary, right click on the entry and choose Update Time Clock Entry from the context menu. A dialog will appear similar to the batch entry dialog where you can update the recorded information. When finished click save.
Zero Duration - To zero out an entry, click this button and then click save.
