The work in progress summary provides a list of work orders that are in progress and an estimated cost summary.
Include Work on Hold - If this box is checked work that is in the On Hold folder in the Work in Progress Manager will be included in the report.
Filter - Click the to select a filter.
All - This option lists both work orders and counter sales (Default).
Work Orders - This option lists only work orders and excludes counter sales.
Counter Sales - This option lists only counter sales and excludes work orders.
Work Order # - The number assigned to the work order when it was created.
Type - This will indicate if the document is a work order or counter sale.
Work Flow Stage - Indicates what folder, or stage, the document is located in the work in progress manager.
Parts - The total value of the parts based on selling prices.
Labor - The total value of the labor based on the selling prices.
Total - The total value of the parts and labor combined based on the selling prices.
Discounts - The total value of the discounts.
Cost - A total value of the cost associate with the work order. The parts are the recorded costs of the material items on the work order and the labor is the estimated cost based on the Employee Payroll Detail settings.
% - The gross profit percentage of the work order.
Service Advisor - The service advisor assigned to the work order.
