The Messages tab pertains to inter-store transfers and the online web store application.
Ring when new orders arrive? Check to have the software make an audible sound when new orders arrive in your Orders Manager. You may test the sound using the Test Sound tool on the toolbar.
Pop up message when new orders arrive? Check to have the software pop up a dialog on your screen when new orders arrive.
Ring when new messages arrive? Check to have the software make an audible sound when new messages arrive. You can also specify how many times to ring.
The splash screen allows you to provide the address to a website that contains a "splash screen" that you want to be displayed when users login to the software.
Splash Screen URL: contains the address of the website page you wish to have displayed as your splash screen.
