How Printing Works

Windows' Standard Print Settings

Printing documents is easy and intuitive in the software.  The software simply reads the list of printers set up in Windows, and makes them available on the Print menu of each of the software's dialogs (as shown in the picture below).  This allows you to send the printout to any Windows printer available at your workstation.

Notice in the picture below that you can set up a default Windows printer (See Setting Up Windows Printers).

A Print Preview and save to PDF function is also available on every Print menu.

The software allows you to specify what printer specific document types will print to. You can also preset the tray on multi-tray printers, the number of copies to be printed and whether blank paper or a pre-printed form is being used.
