Clocked Time - The clocked time is dynamic and changes as the time clock changes. Labor items that have an asterisk beside them are currently clocked into by a technician and in progress.The Work Order Analysis tab provides real-time profit analysis of the work order. It also provides a quick indication as to whether or not you are within your pre-determined profitability targets.
Each problem, inspection, service or material ordered is listed in the left hand column and is analyzed on the right.
Invoiced - The dollar amount sold for the individual item and for the complete problem, inspection or service.
Cost - The cost of the material and labor . Each problem, inspection and service is totalled.
Discount - The discount amount applied to the material or labor item. Each problem, inspection and service is totalled.
Profit - The profit made on the material or labor. Each problem, inspection and service is totalled.
Margin - The profit margin made on the material or labor. Each problem, inspection and service is totalled.
Inside Labor - The complete analysis of all labor billed using technicians.
Outside Labor - The complete analysis of all labor billed using outside suppliers; sublet.
Materials - The complete analysis of all materials or parts.
Shop Supplies - The complete analysis of all supplies.
Total - The complete analysis of the work order with all items combined.
For each problem, inspection, or service the corresponding labor line items will display the total labor hours for both inside and outside labor. The clocked time and efficiency will be displayed when using the Time Clock feature of the software. All labor will then be totaled for inside labor, outside labor, clocked time, and efficiency.
