Inventory Transfers
- Users may now create and initiate an Inventory Transfer from the ‘Outgoing Requests’ folder.

-
Promotions offer a variety of ways to discount using flat amounts, percentage discounts with a max (discount cap), percentage discounts with no max.
-
Promotions can also have a start and end date range.
-
This date range restricts when the Promotion can be applied to a work order.
-
Example: Promotion end date is 3/31/2025. Promotion is applied to work order on 3/26/2025. Customer pays for work order on 4/2/2025.
-
The promotion will still be valid and won’t prevent the Work Order from posting.
-
If the promotion was not applied to the work order before the expiration date, it will no longer be visible from the ‘Promotions’ icon on the Work Order Ribbon.
-
A work order level promotion can also be automatically distributed to parts and labor based off your preferred ratio.
-
Example: 10% off Work Order.
-
Protractor can set the ratio to 5% parts and 5% labor.
-
Protractor can set the ratio to 3% parts and 7% labor.
-
Promotions will appear similarly to Discounts on a Work Order, but under their own section so they can be tracked separately.
-
Promotions cannot be manually changed on a Work Order at this time, but can be deleted.
-
Promotions have been added as a column to the following reports:
-
Line Item Sales by Contact.
-
Line Item Sales by Contact (Enterprise).
