Service intervals provide OEM recommended services based on mileage in the software's due service dialogs. Epicor (formerly Activant) catalog is required for service intervals.
Service Category - From the smart label, choose the service category you would like the service intervals applied to by default. If left at N/A you will be prompted for the service category each time you add a service item to the work order.
Click this box if you wish to use an electronic signature pad to capture customer signatures within the software.
