For an employee to be able to use the time clock they have to be given access to the Time Clock in the system security.
Time Clock - Allows the employee access to the clock in / clock out dialog.
Activity Monitor / Budget - Allows the employee access to the time clock activity monitor and budget tools.
Edit - Allows the employee access to the batch entry and the ability to update events on the time clock summary report.
Reports - Under the reports section there are several time clock reports. Each one is listed separately and you can choose to provide access to them or not.
Report Variations - Some of the reports are listed in the security section twice. Once as an "All" version and once as a "Self" version.
All - When selected this would allow the employee to run the report for all employees.
Self - When selected this would only allow the employee to run the report on their own data and not other employees.
